Navarrsotillo makes this Rosado using only Garnacha grapes. The rose colour is achieved by separating the grapes from the must after just 24 hours into the fermentation process. The fermentation then continues for another two weeks under controlled temperatures to maintain the fruity aromas. A soft, dry, intensly flowery wine.
