Spanish wine

An intense cardinal red, medium bodied wine with well balanced acidity. Aged for 11 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Biodynamic.

First displays floral and ripe fruit aromas, followed by an earthy and mineral aftertaste which comes from the clayey-limestone soil.
Produced by Emiliovalerio. They have been cultivating vine in a biodynamic way for 35 years in a microclimatic area of Montejurra.
Goes well with meat dishes and casserole. Allow the wine to breath before serving it at 16-18°C.
