A smooth and full-bodied red wine, which is a bit unusual for a Chianti. Vegetarian and Vegan

The vineyards of Casale are set in the Montagnola Senese where Gianni Borella produces this excellent Chianti. The wine is aged for two years before being bottled and is now well matured and ready to drink. Really delicious!
Enjoy with food such as meat or bean dishes, but you could try with a tomato sauce too.
