From Colli dell Murgia. Colli della Murgia was set up in 1986. The first product, created after a long period of analysis, was a new white wine come onto the market with the name of “Erbaceo”. And it has been there since the beginning of 1990.
It had some such innovative features of fruitfulness, freshness and integrity, which quickly attracted restaurateurs and consumers. From the beginning, “Erbaceo” is placed legitimately among the best white Apulian wines.
Drink on its own or with fish or white meat.
Serve chilled.
