Dark ruby colour with a bouquet of earth and leather. Pleasant, medium-bodied, a wine that is great with rich food and dishes with tomato sauce.Vegeterian.

The grapes are left on the vine as late as possible in order to get the best fruit. The wine is vinified in stainless steel with the must soaking for six to seven days. Depending on the vintage, the wine will spend a short period in wood wich gives the Barbera a rounder and smoother texture.
