A medium bodied and fragrant wine. Aromas of redcurrant with undertones of spices.Vegeterian, Vegan.

The Cabernet Franc grape is widely planted in North-Italy. Compare to the Cabernet Sauvignon the grapes are bigger so the wine has less tannic, lighter in colour, more herbaceous. Takes less time to mature. Very often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon.
Goes well with cheese dishes, mushroom risotto, light meat dishes like grilled/ roast chicken-lamb-pork-pigeon.
