Due to its ability to adjust, the Cabernet-Sauvignon grape is today one of the most cultivated all over the world. Originating from Bordeaux it produces very concentrated wines with notes of chocolate and coffee. Although a late ripener it requires a mild climate, a condition well met at the mouth of the Rhône.
