A light golden colour with aromas of apple, peach and citrus fruits. Lovely aromatic flavour which goes well with oriental dishes, or alone.

Grape varieties: Chasselas, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Auxerrois
Nice balance between the acidity of Riesling, the flavour and spiciness of Muscat and Gewürztraminer and the solid texture of Pinot Grigio. Goes well with fresh salad, cold or warm starters.
